Participants will be given a real-world problem to solve, just like a professional in the field. Teams of up to 3 members or individuals can take on the challenge. On the final day of the symposium, present your solution in a 5-10 minute presentation to a panel of judges. The winning team or individual will be awarded a cash prize. In this game, a person will start by saying a metallurgy word, and the next person should continue the game by telling a metallurgy word starting with the previous person’s word’s last letter.
For example, if a person tells Alloy, then the next person should say any metallurgy word starting with the letter Y . If he/she tells it right, they can be in the game, but if they can’t, then they will be out of the game.

In this game, there will be 3 boxes in which there will be many small folded papers. Total 20 chits in 1 box. Half of the paper will be filled with metallurgy words, and another half will be filled with miscellaneous words. Teams of 2 will be allowed. The first participant will have to draw 5 chits.
The teams whose participants drew chits with more than 3 metallurgy-related words will be considered further. The 2nd participant will be given a sheet with riddles, that correspond to the 10 metallurgy words in the chits. They'll have to find the answers to those riddles. The metallurgy-related words in the chits are the answers, so if they find 5 metallurgy-related words, they have an advantage. The participant with the highest score, i.e., the highest correctly answered riddle, is the winner. Ties will be resolved based on the maximum number of metallurgy chits they drew.
